We're sorry to see you go. Here's how to delete your Numora account and all associated data.
How to Delete Your Account
Open Numora - Launch the Numora app on your device
Go to Settings - Tap the gear icon in the top right corner
Tap your profile - At the top of the Settings screen, or go to Privacy Settings
Find "Delete Account" - Tap the Delete Account option
Verify Your Identity - Enter your password or re-authenticate with Google/Apple
Confirm Deletion - Confirm that you want to permanently delete your account
What Gets Deleted
Your account and profile information
All transactions and financial records
Budgets, goals, and savings progress
Recurring transactions
Categories and preferences
Achievements and challenge data
All synced cloud data
Encryption keys (making any remaining data unreadable)
Deletion Timeline
Immediately - Local data is deleted and you are logged out
Within 24 hours - Cloud data deletion begins
Within 30 days - All data is permanently and irreversibly deleted
⚠️ This Action Cannot Be Undone
Once you delete your account, all your data will be permanently removed. There is no way to recover your transactions, budgets, goals, or any other information.
